The plan’s contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is renewed annually. Availability of coverage beyond the end of the current contract year is not guaranteed. In the event that Medicare or we terminate the contract between us and Medicare, as allowed by law, you will be able to choose another plan without incurring a late enrollment penalty, as long as you do so within the time period required by Medicare.
